<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a tobacco sheet, capable of stably manufacturing a high-quality tobacco sheet by regulating the moisture content in a perfume-applied tobacco sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the tobacco sheet includes: a pre-drying step for adjusting the moisture content in a tobacco base sheet; a perfume application step for applying a prescribed flavor component to the tobacco base sheet after the pre-drying step; and a post-drying step for adjusting the moisture content in the tobacco base sheet after the perfume application step. A third heater disposed on the most downstream side among first, second and third heaters disposed along a conveying passage for the tobacco base sheet in the post-drying step is feedback-controlled in accordance with the moisture content in the tobacco base sheet, the first heater is fixed-value-controlled in accordance with the perfume application rate controlled in the perfume application step, and the second heater is feed-forward-controlled in accordance with the moisture content used in the feedback control in the pre-drying step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
