PURPOSE: A wasted ascon mixing plant is provided to make the recycle of wasted ascon by heating, mixing and stirring an ascon aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A wasted ascon mixing plant comprises: a classifying means for classifying a wasted ascon aggregate; a heating means for melting the wasted ascon aggregate by being inserted into a heating drier; a mixing means adding chemicals into the ascon aggregate and stirring; a discharging means for discharging the ascon aggregate to transferring means.
