PURPOSE: A turn dish is provided to prevent a refractory material from becoming missed through a hole on an iron cover and prevent the loss of heat, since a permanent unit is formed on the outermost of a body. CONSTITUTION: A turn dish(20) comprises a body, a first refractory material(100), and a second refractory material(200). The body comprises a main pouring unit(23) and a steel discharging unit(24a). Ingot steel enters the main pouring unit from ladle. The steel discharging unit discharges the ingot steel to a mold. The first refractory material defines the main pouring unit. The first refractory material comprises an alumina material of inclusion. The second refractory material is formed to protect the first refractory material to make contact with the ingot steel. The second refractory material has greater erosion resistance than the first refractory material.
