<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural tractor preventing the dimension of rear-wheel fenders from affecting the arrangement of an operation tool, while effectively using a space over the rear-wheel fenders. <P>SOLUTION: A tractor includes rear-wheel fenders 15, a driver's seat 14, armrests 31 and a second operation tool group (60 and 61). The rear-wheel fenders 15 are disposed laterally to a driver's seat 14. The armrests 31 are disposed laterally to the driver's seat 14, a portion thereof is overhangingly disposed over the rear-wheel fenders 15, and the armrests 31 are provided with a first operation tool group (33 and 39). The second operation tool group is disposed between the rear-wheel fenders 15 and the driver's seat 14. In the side view, the second operation tool group is disposed at a position lower than the armrests 31.
