<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize operational characteristics of a check valve including a flexible valve element including a fixed part and an umbrella-shaped part. <P>SOLUTION: The valve element 14 arranged between an upstream member 12 and a downstream member 13 includes a fixed part 17 and an umbrella-shaped part 18 in an integrated manner. The umbrella-shaped part 18 of the valve element 14 separates from a valve seat 12i to open the check valve V when fluid flows from the upstream passage 12 to the downstream passage 13. The fixed part 17 of the valve element 14 includes a flat surface 17d facing the downstream member 13, and a projection 17f in contact with the downstream member 13 is formed on the flat surface 17d. Even when there is variation in positional relationship between the valve element 14 and the downstream member 13 in assembling the check valve V, by absorbing the variation by deformation of the projection 17f, thereby preventing an influence on elasticity of the umbrella-shaped part 18 of the valve element 14, to improve operational stability of the check valve V. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
