<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker having a bread ingredient storing container detachably attached to a holder member disposed in a lid, capable of providing a pathway for discharging steam or the like at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker 1 includes: a body portion having a baking chamber; the lid 40 for opening/closing an opening of the baking chamber; and the bread ingredient storing container 110 for storing part of bread ingredients to be automatically loaded on the way of bread making. A holder member 42 having a storage space 45 into which the bread ingredient storing container 110 can be detachably fitted is attached to the lid 40, and a through hole for exhaust (not shown) is formed in part of a wall 45b forming the storage space 45 in the holder member 42.
