<p>A method, an apparatus and a system for optimizing network access performance, used for improving the efficiency of network optimization, and performing network optimization precisely and effectively, are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes: generating a call detail tracking record, which is used for recording detail information of the entire call flow, for a received call trigger message, wherein, the call detail tracking record includes a call factor code at least; acquiring the call detail tracking record after the call is released; judging whether the call is accessed successfully according to the call factor code in the call detail tracking record; counting the access failure rate of the network based on the judgment result; evaluating the network access performance according to the access failure rate; and selecting, according to the evaluation result, a corresponding reference optimization solution to optimize the network. In this way, the network evaluation automation can be realized, the precise and effective network optimization can be self-performed, and the system maintenance cost can be reduced. An apparatus for optimizing network access performance and a system for optimizing network access performance are disclosed in the present invention at the same time.</p> |
