PURPOSE: A user recognition bidet, bidet usage system including the same, and bidet control method thereof are provided to transmit the bio-signal of a user to outside through a wireless network by measuring the bio-signal of the user through a bidet. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) executes a data communication using a wireless communication network. The communication unit receives user information. A manipulation unit(160) receives information for controlling the operation of a bidet from a user. A control unit(120) control the bidet according to the information for controlling the operation of the bidet transmitted from the manipulation unit or according to the user information received by the communication unit. A storage unit(150) stores information inputted by the manipulation unit or the user information.
