PURPOSE: Decoration wallpaper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable users the freely express various colors and patterns on walls. CONSTITUTION: Decoration wallpaper comprises the following: a bottom layer(10) forming a base of the wallpaper; a ground layer(20) obtained by plastering a plaster using an acrylic resin as a main raw material on the upper side of the bottom layer in the constant thickness, and drying; and a pattern layer(30) obtained by forming patterns on the ground layer. The bottom layer is produced with a material selected from the group consisting of a glass fiber material, a fabric, and a paper material.
