SHROUD NOZZLE AND METHOD FOR SPOUT OF MOLTEN STEEL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A shroud nozzle and a method of discharging ingot steel using the same are provided to enable easy replacement since while a second nozzle is dipped in the ingot steel of a turn dish, only a first nozzle can be separated. CONSTITUTION: A shroud nozzle comprises a first nozzle(110) and a second nozzle(120). The upper end of the first nozzle is connected to a collector nozzle(14) discharging ingot steel from ladle. The lower end of the first nozzle has a first slope(111) whose width becomes narrow downwardly. The upper end of the second nozzle is fastened to the lower end of the first nozzle. The lower end of the second nozzle is dipped in the ingot steel of a turn dish(20). The upper end of the second nozzle has a second slope(121) whose width becomes wide upwardly to correspond to the first slope.
