<p>PURPOSE: Fiber-reinforced cement mortar for spraying is provided to improve the tensile intensity of the fiber-reinforced cement mortar and the compressive intensity of super high strength cement mortar by uniformly mixing the super high strength cement mortar and reinforcing fiber using a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION: Respective short staple fiber(5a) and/or fiber bundle(6) and a foaming agent are mixed with low fluidity cement mortar(8). The low fluidity cement mortar is based on water, cement, silica fume, fine aggregate, and high performance AE water reducing agent, or high performance water reducing agent. The water-binder ratio(W/B%) of the low fluidity cement mortar is between 15 and 25%. The dispersion of the fiber is accelerated by increasing the fluidity of the cement mortar based on the foaming agent. Bubbles(9) from the cement mortar is emitted.</p> |
