<p>PURPOSE: An input circuit for an alternating current signal and a motor starter including the same are provided to maintain the cooling state of a load using proper duty cycles. CONSTITUTION: An input circuit(20) comprises interface(26) which outputs a logic signal(28) from an alternating current signal of a pair of long conductors, a load(30) which is convertible to a pair of long conductors, and a processor(32). The processor outputs a control signal for converting the load into a pair of long conductors for first designated time by an asynchronous method with the alternating current signal. The processor determines the activation of the logic signal which is inputted for the first designated time. The processor establishes a first state of the alternating current signal. The processor establishes a second state which is opposite with the alternating current signal.</p> |
