BELLOW INSPECTING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A blower inspecting device and a method thereof are provided to enable an operator to quantify the state of a blower and to check the slacking state of the blower. CONSTITUTION: A blower inspecting device comprises a slack angle calculating part(102), a blower state detecting part(103), and a image taking part(101). The image taking part is installed in a peep sight(140). The image taking part takes the plane image of the blower contacting with a furnace. The Peep sight is formed on one end of a hot wind supply pipe(110). The blower is formed on one end of the hot wind supply pipe in order to supply hot air to furnace. The angle operation part uses the cross section image of the blower. The slack angle calculating part calculates a slack angle of a blower along the direction toward the furnace from the hot wind supply pipe. The blower state detecting part generates and transmits replacement information of the blower based on the slack angle.
