PURPOSE: A jig device for a secondary conductor of an electric furnace is provided to prevent the deformation of a secondary conductor by surrounding the no-hole part of the secondary conductor and fixing the first and second extension parts of the secondary conductor, in which coupling holes are formed, with fastening bots. CONSTITUTION: A jig device for a secondary conductor of an electric furnace comprises a base(20), a first supporting unit(30), a second supporting unit(40), and a third supporting unit(50). The base is installed according to the shape of a secondary conductor(10) on a supporting surface. The first supporting unit is extended from the base to cover the body of the secondary conductor. The second supporting unit comprises a support rod(42) for locating a first extension part(14) formed by bending the body is installed separate from the base. The second supporting unit is coupled with the first extension part. The third supporting unit is coupled with a second extension part(16) that is formed by bending the body and located closer to the base than the first extension part. The first supporting unit comprises an inclined support member(32) in which the body is placed at an angle and an inclined cover member(34) which is coupled to the inclined support member to hold the side of the body. |
