PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flue-gas-denitrification selective-catalytic-reduction catalyst is provided to adjust the coating amount of active metal groups and to reduce a time required for manufacturing a support. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a flue-gas-denitrification selective-catalytic-reduction catalyst includes the following: Desulfurization gypsum is re-crystallized to obtain alpha type gypsum hemihydrates(S100). Water is mixed with the alpha type gypsum hemihydrates to obtain gypsum hemihydrates slurry. The slurry is introduced into a molding frame to obtain a catalyst support by adjusting a hardening time. Active metal group slurry is obtained by adding ammonium metatungstate, vanadium, and molybdenum into metatitanic acid slurry(S120). The active metal group slurry is coated on the catalyst support, and the catalyst support is dried(S130, S140). |
