PURPOSE: A method of preventing mold from growing in a house is provided to reduce a construction period and prevent economic loss and defects due to re-construction of a wall/ceiling/floor finishing material due to mold. CONSTITUTION: A method of preventing mold from growing in a house is as follows. Waterproof PVC lies on a noise absorbing material or a wall is taped by PVC to 300~450mm height. Waterproof construction is made on a concrete slab and water used for wet construction is dried on that layer. Perforated pipes are arranged or PVC pipes are buried. Water is discharged to the outside of a house when foamed concrete and finishing mortar works are made.
