PURPOSE: A rubber reinforcing material, a tire cord, and a tire are provided to offer the durability at the high temperature of the material to the tire cord and the tire. CONSTITUTION: A rubber reinforcing material contains a liquid crystalline polyester fiber. The liquid crystalline polyester fiber is liquid crystalline polyester having structural units marked with -O-Ar1-CO-, -CO-Ar2-CO, and -O-Ar3-O-. The liquid crystalline polyester contains more than 40mol% of structural unit including 2,6-naphthalene-diyldiyl. A tire(1) includes a breaker cord(3) and a carcass cord(4) produced with a non-woven fabric formed with the liquid crystalline polyester fiber.
