PURPOSE: A transfer sheet for a phosphor layer and a light emitting device are provided to simply adhere the phosphor layer to a substrate through an adhesive layer by transferring the phosphor layer to the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A release material(2) corresponds to an external shape of a transfer sheet(1) for a phosphor layer. The thickness of the release material is 10 to 1000 um. A phosphor layer(3) is formed on the release material. The phosphor layer includes a plurality of phosphor units(5) which are arranged with a preset space. An adhesive layer(4) is formed on the phosphor layer.
