PURPOSE: A paddle for coagulating wastewater and a wastewater coagulating apparatus using the same are provided to maximize the treating efficiency of wastewater by increasing the bio-degradability of non-degradable materials. CONSTITUTION: A paddle for coagulating wastewater includes a rotary shaft unit(10), a plurality of wing units(20), a plurality of vibrators(30), and a ultrasound wave electrical signal generator. The rotary shaft unit is in connection with a motor. The wing units are protruded to the outer circumference of the rotary shaft unit. The vibrators are mounted at one side of the wing units. The ultrasound wave electric signal generator generates ultrasound wave based on the vibrators. The wing units are slanted based on the axial direction of the rotary shaft unit.
