THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FILM AND THEREOF INCLUDING TORREA NUCIFERA, FRUIT EXTRACT, WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE AND SORBITOL

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of film containing torrea nucifera leaf and berries extract, whey protein concentrate and sorbitol is provided to prevent animal diseases, and to be disassembled easily by microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of film containing torrea nucifera leaf and berries extract comprises: a step of heating and stirring the mixture of whey protein concentrate and sorbitol with distilled water: a step of adding 1M NaOH solution; a step of heating and stirring the mixture; a step of adding a cross-linking agent; a step of adding torrea nucifera leaf or berries extract into the mixture; a step of removing the bubbles of mixture in the vacuum condition; ; a step of spreading the mixture on Teflon coated on a glass plate; and a step of drying the spread.
