A STATOR FOR AN ALTERNATOR AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: The stator of an alternator for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform an insulation function by preventing mechanical stress. CONSTITUTION: The bent part of the wire(61) of a stator grows far from the sharp corner of a slot in a lamination core(62). A straight line part is projected to the outside of the lamination core. The wire is kept to be higher than the lamination core. An angular section is formed at the wire a slot cell. The straight line part of the wire is projected to the outside of the lamination core after being bent. The straight line part of the wire is exposed to the both ends of the laminate core to prevent interference with the sharp corner of the laminate core.
