PURPOSE: A polymer particle coated with a functional thin film is provided to be coated with poly diaryldimethylammonium chloride and Titanium dioxide, to restrain the coherence of particles, and to easily control the thickness of the thin film coated on the surface of particles. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer particle coated with a functional thin film comprises: a step of coating a solution on the surface of polymer particles by dispersing polymer particles into a poly diaryldimethylammonium chloride solution; a step of precipitating the polymer particles by a centrifuge, and removing the solution; a step of dispersing the polymer particles into TiO2 precursor solution, and coating the TiO2 precursor on the surface of the polymer particles; and a step of precipitating the polymer particles by centrifuge and removing the precursor solution.
