PURPOSE: A carbon fiber heating element and a method manufacturing a heating seat using the same are provided to block the penetration of moisture inside a carbon fiber heating element by protecting the conductive carbon fiber with a silicon rubber. CONSTITUTION: A complex rayon radiation with a linear density of 92tex is twists in 2 pairs to a Z direction. A twisted complex rayon radiation is twisted into a 3 pairs(120Tm) to a S direction(S800). The complex rayon radiation with a linear density of 1200tex, which is obtained through a twisting step, is used as a warp thread. A ribbon is formed using the complex rayon radiation, which has a twist of 120Tm and a linear density of 192tex, as a weft(S801). The ribbon is processed with carbonization at 200°C to 600°C(S803). A carbonization processed ribbon is heat-treated at high temperature(less than 2800°C)(S804). The ribbon is divided into a fiber by applying a sizing agent to the surface of a heat-treated ribbon. |
