PURPOSE: A waist and shoulder pain preventing sink aid is provided to prevent shoulder and waist pain from standing in front of a table or sitting in a chair without a stool for a long time by installing the aid in various tables including a sink. CONSTITUTION: A waist and shoulder pain preventing sink aid includes the following steps. The weight of a body is supported when the body is closely leaned.
