PURPOSE: A wheel apparatus of a bicycle is provided to reduce costs and an assembling time by changing a structure to easily fix a nipple to a rim. CONSTITUTION: A wheel apparatus of bicycle a rim(2), a nipple(16'), and a flow nipple(19). The nipple is fixed to the rim. The flow nipple is arranged between an end of the fixed nipple and a spoke supported by a boss. The flow nipple adjusts a tension of the wheel. The left spiral is formed between the centeral part of the nipple and the bottom circumference of the flow nipple. The right spiral is formed in the upper central part of the flow nipple and end outer circumference of the spoke.
