PURPOSE: A potato peeling apparatus capable of easily managing and repairing is provided to prevent the damages on potatoes for rapidly mass-producing the peeled potatoes. CONSTITUTION: A potato peeling apparatus comprises the following: an internal cylinder(20) including plural through-holes, and a cutting unit(22) with plural cutters installed on the through-holes in a cross shape; a cover(30) covering the upper side of an external cylinder(10) and the internal cylinder; a passage(40) discharging skins of potatoes peeled by the cutters with water; a skin discharging container(50) discharging the water and the skin to the outside through an outlet(51); a rotation plate(60) including an annular groove and an annular protrusion for forming a wave shape on the upper cross section; a driver(70) including a driving motor(71) and a rotary shaft(72) rotated by the driving motor; a potato discharging unit(80) formed with a discharging plate(81) and a cylinder(82); and a controller(90) controlling a valve controller(93) for turning of an air valve(35) and a water inlet valve(37), and discharging the peeled potatoes to a potato storage container(84). |
