A heat pump type hot water supply and floor heating device is provided to improve operation efficiency by promoting the optimization of operation control about two sorts of applications of hot water supplying and floor heating. A heat pump type hot water supply and floor heating device comprises a first system heat pump refrigerant circuit(41); a second system heat pump refrigerant circuit(42) and floor heating circuit(50); and an operation control unit(55). When the operation control unit operates hot water supply and floor heating at the same time, a control amount of a compressor rotation rate is mated to the water outlet temperature of the first system and the second system each heat exchanger(3) for hot water supply.
