PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure of a vehicle body capable of enhancing the energy absorption performance in a rear-end collision without increasing the size of a section of a rear frame. SOLUTION: A substantially conical part 11 with its center raised upwardly while a part in a vicinity of an installation part of a spare tire anchor nut is a top part is formed on a spare tire pan 8. A plurality of arc-shaped beads 12a-12e which are continuous in an arc shape around the part in a vicinity of the installation part of the spare tire anchor nut while a top of the arc is directed backward of a vehicle body are provided on the substantially conical part 11.
