PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-layered synthetic resin sheet with proper color developability and shielding properties, which can be easily and inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: The first synthetic resin layer 12 composed of a transparent synthetic resin colored with a color pigment, and the second synthetic resin layer 13 with shielding properties, composed of a synthetic resin and colored with a color pigment having shielding properties, are superposed together and integrally molded. The first and second synthetic resin layers 12 and 13 are superposed on each other, so that the color developability by the first synthetic resin layer 12 and the shielding properties by the second synthetic resin layer 13 can be enhanced. When the second synthetic resin layer 13 is colored with a white pigment having shielding properties, the color developability of the first synthetic resin layer 12 can be enhanced. Additionally, since the first and second synthetic resin layers 12 and 13 have only to be superposed on each other and integrally molded together, the two-layered synthetic resin sheet can be easily and inexpensively manufactured.
