PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of partially fluorinated surfactant for supercritical carbon dioxide is provided to increase the solubility of carbon dioxide and to remove contaminants between fine gaps. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of partially fluorinated surfactant for supercritical carbon dioxide comprises the step of manufacturing an amphiphilic surfactant in chemical formula 1, as a block copolymer, in which carbon-dioxide-philic components are supplied with a partially fluorinated polymer and carbon dioxide-phobic components are supplied with ethylene oxide. In chemical formula 1, m is 10-455, n is 2-100, and R is CH_2CF_2CF_2CF_3, CH_2CF_2CF_2CF_2CF_3, CH_2CH_2(CF_2)_5CF_3, CH_2(CF_2)_6CF_3 or CH_2CH_2(CF_2)_(3-12)CF_3. |
