PURPOSE: An adhesive sheet composition for solar cell is provided to solve the problem of gel generation due to decomposition of organic peroxide and low temperature molding, and to prevent the reduction of productivity and the increasing of manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive sheet composition for solar cell comprises the copolymer resin of ethylene methyl methacrylate and additives except organic peroxide. The content of methyl methacrylate is 15-20wt% on the basis of total content of the copolymer resin of ethylene methyl methacrylate. The additives comprise one or more selected from the group consisting of an antioxidant, and a silane coupling agent and an ultraviolet-absorbing agent.
