PURPOSE: A soundproof wall with a view area is provided to improve a soundproof effect by minimizing the traveling noise of a train transferred to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall with a view area comprises a box-shaped view frame(10). Multiple guides(12), in which multiple soundproof panels(14) are installed, are installed in the box-shaped view frame to be separated from each other. View areas(13) are formed between the separated guides. The soundproof panels cross the soundproof wall.
