PURPOSE: A portable water boiler is provided to minimize thermal loss by making a heating tank in a dual structure as a heating path and a vacuum chamber. CONSTITUTION: A portable water boiler comprises a heating tank(20) and a heating part(60). A heating tank comprises a heating portion(21), a vacuum chamber(22), a heating pathway(23), and a heating tank connection pipe(26). The vacuum chamber forms vacuum while heating the water. The heating pathway surrounds the vacuum chamber. The heating pathway receives the heated water passing through a through-hole(24) of the inside lower side. The heating pathway transfers the heated water to a heating connection part(25). The heating tank connection pipe supplies the water, circulating of the connection pipe, to the vacuum chamber. The heating part is installed on the lower part of the heating portion of the heating tank. The heating part supplies the heat to the vacuum chamber of the heating tank by using one of gas, gasoline, and electricity.
