The invention relates to powder metallurgy, namely to a process for producing ferrites, which can be used in the manufacture of permanent magnets and active components in electronics, radio engineering and instrument engineering.The process, according to the invention, consists in that it is mixed an iron-containing component with barium carbonate, after which is carried out the ferritization with subsequent magnetization to saturation, at the same time as iron-containing component are used ferritized sediments dehydrated to a paste consistency, as a result of electrochemical purification of waste waters from ions of heavy metals that are mixed with barium carbonate at a weight ratio recalculated for oxides Fe2O3 : BaO of (5…6) : 1, it is additionally carried out the decomposition of the obtained mixture under isothermal conditions at 400…600°C for 0.5…1 hours, and ferritization is carried out at the temperature of 800…900°C. |
