PURPOSE: An image shaking correcting device and an image taking device are provided to enable the minimization of a device due to the decrease of a space to arrange first and second actuators. CONSTITUTION: An image shaking correcting device(1) comprises a fixing member(2), a first diver(3), a second driver(4), a first actuator and a second actuator. The first driver is rotatably supported by the fixing member around a first support shaft extended in parallel to an optical axis. The second driver holds lens(20) or an image taking element. The second driver is rotatably supported by the first driver around a second support shaft extended in parallel to the optical axis. The first actuator generates thrust rotating the first and second drivers around the first support shaft. The second actuator generates thrust rotating the second driver around the second support shaft.
