PURPOSE: A retaining wall supporting plate is provided to prevent the accident generated in a retaining wall broke and landslide at a residential area in beforehand. CONSTITUTION: A lower base comprises a plurality of support plate fixtures(30) for fixing on the surface through an anchor bolt. A light emitting plate is attached to the upper side of a lower base. A buffer spring is inserted into a spring groove. A spring groove is formed in the upper of the light emitting plate and lower base. A fixing base is connected through a buffer spring. The upper base is combined through a hinge and controls an angle. A hinge is included in one side of the fixing base. A display unit informs a through the load which the upper base and fixing base receive.
