The dispenser (7) has a refillable retaining region retaining a foil strip that is rolled on a core sleeve by a foil roller. The roller is mounted in a bundle i.e. folded box, that comprises an opened removal opening for partially gripping and pulling the strip. The retaining region takes up and holds the bundle and comprises an inlet opening for pulling out the strip. The bundle exhibits a polygonal cross section and longitudinal edges running parallel to an axle of the roller. A part of length of the retaining region is limited by a clip-like, partial transparent housing shell (9). |
