PURPOSE: A sign board which uses a solar cell is provided to arbitrarily adjust an angle of the solar cell, thereby improving energy efficiency of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A fixing apparatus(100) comprises a holding frame(110), a fixing plate(120), a main bar(130), a support bar(140), an angle control part(150), and a hinge part(160). The holding frame fixes a solar cell. The fixing plate is fixed on an external wall of a building through a coupling unit. The main bar is fixed in one side of the fixing plate and extended to a horizontal direction in order to support the holding frame. The angle control part is connected to one side of the holding frame and fixes the holding frame to the main bar. The angle control part is able to control the height of one side of the solar cell. The hinge part is connected to the other side of the holding frame. The holding frame is hinge-combined with the main bar. The hinge part is the center of solar cell rotation according to the operation of angle control part. |
