The present invention relates to a sheet material for construction using sand and a method for manufacturing same, which can cut costs by means of increasing resource utilization and provide an eco-friendly product, by manufacturing a construction material by mixing sand having low utilization, such as ocean sand or river sand, and a predetermined amount of an additive, and by using same. The present invention comprises: a first process for manufacturing the sand composition comprising 100 wt.% of sand, 0.5 wt.% of sodium hydroxide, and 10 wt.% of water, with respect to a total of 100 wt.% of the sand composition; a second process for manufacturing an additive composition comprising 55 wt.% of feldspar, 12 wt.% of silicon dioxide 20 wt.% of spodumene, 8 wt.% of limestone, and 5 wt.% of kaolin; a third process for mixing the sand composition and the additive composition; a fourth process for press-molding the sand composition having the additive mixed therein into a sheet material with a predetermined form, using a vacuum extruder; a fifth process for drying the molded sheet material; and a sixth process for firing the molded sheet material. |
