PURPOSE: A work cooperative business system utilizing an automatic digital closing technique and method thereof are provided to reduce time loss in a confirmation process by performing communication through an integrated digital closing manufacturing program. CONSTITUTION: A seller terminal(10) manufactures a sample file by utilizing an automatic digital closing technique. A purchaser terminal(20) receives and confirms the sample file from the seller terminal. The purchaser terminal transmits a sample modification file to the seller terminal by creating the sample modification file. A producer terminal(30) transmits a modification file to the seller terminal.
