<p>The disclosed device and method enable chlorine bypass dust to be treated whilst maintaining a stable cement quality and preventing an increase in drug costs and the concentration of heavy metals in a clinker. In a chlorine bypass facility (1) which cools and bleeds part (G) of combustion gas from a kiln exhaust gas flow channel, running from a cement kiln (2) kiln tail to a bottom-stage cyclone, and collects high chlorine concentration chlorine bypass dust (D5) from bled gas (G1), a solid content is obtained by bringing SO2 gas and/or CO2 gas, and a slurry (S) which contains chlorine bypass dust into contact. The slurry containing chlorine bypass dust, and exhaust gas from a cement kiln and/or a chlorine bypass facility can be brought into contact and the solid content can be supplied to a cement finishing process, and thus the inclusion ratio of CaO and Ca(OH)2 is low, and cement can be manufactured with stable physical properties during setting time and the like.</p> |
