A radio communication system channel state information (CSI) feedback method and device are provided, wherein the method includes: determining the parameters needed for the CSI feedback in the first radio communication system, and enabling the feedback structure on the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of the first radio communication system to depend on the feedback structure on the PUCCH of the second radio communication system; informing these parameters to the user equipment; transmitting the CSI reference symbol (CSI-RS) periodically to the user equipment so that the user equipment computes the CSI needed to be fed back; and receiving the CSI fed back by the user equipment corresponding to the CSI-RS, according to the feedback structure on the PUCCH of the first radio communication system, wherein the information fed back for each bandwidth part (BP) is the information obtained by jointly encoding the best subband channel quality indicator (CQI) within a BP and the best subband precoding matrix indicator (PMI) within the same BP.
