Disclosed are an electrode collector material which enables rapid charge and discharge and that can be used in battery electrodes or capacitor electrodes, and a production method for same. Specifically disclosed is an electrode collector material that has used an organic liquid metal such as vanadium to surface modify fine titanium oxide particles that have a large specific surface. Also specifically disclosed is a production method for same. This electrode collector enables a collector with excellent rapid charge/discharge and that is used in batteries and capacitors to be achieved. The fine titanium oxide particles can have an anatase-type crystal structure. These electrode collectors can be used as electrodes, lithium ion batteries, and capacitors. |
