<p>The present invention discloses anti-p185(HER2/ErbB2) humanized antibodies and humanization methods thereof. The antibodies are proteins which have the amino acid sequences selected from SEQ ID NO:15, SEQ ID NO:3, and so on. Compared to the original antibodies, the humanized antibodies of the present invention have the higher affinity to antigens, and have already been completely humanized.</p>
