摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a carbon nano-tube thin film based on a substrate pre-treating process using polymer electrolyte and the carbon nano-tube thin film are provided to improve the adhesive and the electric conductivity of the carbon nano-tube thin film with respect to a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is prepared(S51). The substrate is pre-treated using a pre-treating solution in order to form a polymer electrolyte coated layer(S53). The pre-A carbon nano-tube thin film is coated on the polymer electrolyte coated layer(S55). The pre-treating solution contains cationic polymer electrolyte. The cationic polymer electrolyte includes at least one of 'poly(diallydimethylammonium chloride), poly(allyamine hydrochloride), polyvinyl alcohol, poly(ethylenenimine), and doped polyaniline poly(acrylamide-co-diallylmethylammonium chloride).
