<p>The present disclosure relates to phosphorylation of NPM1 by Aurora kinases A and B at a single residue, serine 125 during mitosis. In order to detect the phosphorylated-S125- NPM1 in the cells, highly specific antibodies were generated against it. Hence the present disclosure also relates to highly specific antibodies to detect Aurora kinases A and B phosphorylation at Ser125-NPM1 and its uses thereof.</p>
