PURPOSE: A producing method of garlic juice without the unique spicy taste of garlic is provided to enable users to drink the garlic juice regardless of time and space. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of garlic juice comprises the following steps: separately washing garlic, onion, hemp, spring onion, acanthopanax sessiliflorus, polygonatum sibiricum, and saururus chinensis(S10); mixing 30wt% of water, 40wt% of garlic, 20wt% of onion, and 10wt% of hemp to obtain a first mixture(S20); heating the first mixture at the temperature greater than 95 deg C for 30 minutes(S30); crushing the heated first mixtures(S40); mixing 70wt% of water, 15wt% of acanthopanax sessiliflorus, 10wt% of polygonatum sibiricum, and 5wt% of saururus chinensis to obtain a second mixture(S50); heating the second mixture at the temperature greater than 95 deg C for 30 minutes, and extracting a concentrate from the second mixture(S60,S70); mixing the first garlic mixture with the concentrate(S80); heating the mixture at the temperature greater than 95 deg C for 30 minutes(S90); and mixing 95wt% of obtained garlic juice undiluted solution with 5wt% of honey(S100).
