Provided is a group resource allocation method, comprising the following steps: receiving from a base station a group configuration message containing MIMO mode set information, for indicating a MIMO mode set, corresponding to a group containing at least one terminal; receiving from said base station a control message, which contains resource offset information for indicating the location in said group at which resource allocation begins, control information, which commands the stream index allocated to each scheduled terminal in said group, and resource allocation bitmap information, which indicates the size of allocated resource for each scheduled terminal in said group; and determining the resource domain allocated by said base station, based on at least one information among said resource offset information, control information, and resource allocation bitmap information.
