A method of controlling fuel of a liquefied petroleum injection engine is provided to more precisely detect a residual fuel amount to implement an optimal fuel efficiency of the liquefied petroleum injection engine. A method of controlling fuel of a liquefied petroleum injection engine includes the steps of detecting a temperature and a pressure in an injector through a temperature and pressure sensor installed at the injector(S20), calculating residual fuel in the injector depending on the temperature and pressure detected by the injector(S30), determining whether an engine is driven(S40), calculating a basic injection amount of the fuel in consideration of an amount of airflow and a temperature of cooling water when the engine is driven(S50), and calculating an initial fuel injection amount by subtracting an amount of fuel in the injector from the basic injection amount(S60). |
