摘要 <p>Provided is an organic thin-film solar cell module which is provided with improved design aesthetics by the use of a plurality of types of photoelectric conversion layers having different absorption wavelength regions, and which can stably exhibit excellent solar cell performance. The disclosed organic thin-film solar cell module includes: a substrate; a first electrode layer formed on the substrate; a photoelectric conversion layer that is formed on the first electrode layer in a given pattern and that includes a plurality of types of photoelectric conversion sections having different absorption wavelength regions; a second electrode layer formed so as to cover the photoelectric conversion layer; and an insulating layer that is formed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer in a given pattern and that is disposed among the photoelectric conversion sections. The organic thin-film solar cell module is characterized in that buffer layers are formed between the respective photoelectric conversion sections and the first electrode layer or the second electrode layer in accordance with the respective types of said photoelectric conversion sections.</p>
